COPOCO is proudly volunteer-led. Our Board of Directors and Committee Chairs are members who step into leadership roles to keep our facilities safe, our programs strong, and our community vibrant.
Their work behind the scenes makes every swim lesson, tennis match, cookout, and camp week possible.

President: Travis Boucher. Oversees meetings of the stockholders and of the Board of Directors and general operations of the club.
Vice President: Clara Dietel. Has all the powers and performs all the duties of the President in the absence of the President.
Treasurer: Chuck Gilboy. Oversees the financial accounts, records, reports, and financial operations
Secretary: Peter Thompson. Keeps records of all meetings of the stockholders and of the Board of Directors, conducts the correspondence of the Corporation, and has custody of all records except those that pertain to the office of the Treasurer.
Director: Matt Andrus. Also serves as Pool Chair.
Director: Audrey Bourque. Also serves as Communications Chair, including website, email, and social media.
Director: Catherine D’Ambruoso. Also serves as Membership Chair, including recruitment and onboarding of new members.
Director: Mark Grappone. Also serves as Tennis Program Chair, recruiting tennis instructors and overseeing tennis programs.
Director: Matthew Lear. Also serves as Building Chair, bringing expertise in construction, grounds management, and business.
Membership: Catherine D’Ambruoso. Responsible for recruiting new members, providing tours, accepting applications and welcoming new members.
Social: TBD. Oversees social committee responsible for planning and implementing social events throughout the season.
Communications: Audrey Bourque. Oversees communications to members, including website, email, and social media.Pool Personnel: TBD. Responsible for hiring and supervising club manager and pool personnel
Tennis Courts and Facilities: Marty Walsh. Responsible for management of COPOCO's tennis facility
Tennis Pros: Mark Grappone. Responsible for recruiting tennis instructors and overseeing tennis programs.
Building: Matt Lear. Responsible for maintenance of built structures, including buildings, picnic tables, benches and assisting with tennis structure.
Volunteer Chair: Ian West. Responsible for coordinating volunteer opportunities and tracking member volunteer commitments.
Tennis Facility Chair: Marty Walsh. Oversees court opening and maintenance throughout the season.
Camp COPOCO Chair: TBD. Helps in the organization and oversight of Camp Weeks, including annual DHHS camp certification, staff ratios, and staff background checks.
