For the 2026 season, we are moving to the following core membership types:
Family Full Membership
- $1,245 base dues + $150 capital fee
- Full pool and tennis access for the family + voting rights
Single Full Membership (New!)
- $745 base dues + $100 capital fee
- Full pool and tennis access for one adult + voting rights
Sustaining Membership
- Requirements: families who have been members for at least 10 consecutive years and whose youngest child is at least 14 years old)
- $550 base dues + $100 capital fee
- Full pool and tennis access, no voting rights
Tennis Only (Individual)
- $400 base dues + $25 capital fee
- Court access only, no initiation fee or voting rights
We’ve also simplified initiation for new members:
- Year 1: New members pay the Initiation Fee in full ($600 Full Family/$350 Single Full) + $100 Stock Fee to become a voting member
- Capital fee: To simplify the onboarding process for new members, the capital fee will begin in Year 2 of membership.
