2026 COPOCO Annual Meeting

BBQ & Potluck | 4:30-5:30

COPOCO will provide grilled items for the BBQ. Members are invited to BYO drinks and a contribution to the potluck - families with last names beginning with A-L can bring a dessert, and M-Z can bring a side dish.

2026 Annual Meeting | 5:30-6:30 

The COPOCO Board invites all members to join the 2026 Annual Meeting. We need a quorum of 25 shareholder families to vote.

• • The Board recommends Travis Boucher to renew his Board membership for a second 3-year term. Travis currently serves in the role of President.
  • The Board recommends Audrey Bourque to renew her Board membership for a second 3-year term. Audrey currently serves as Communication Chair.
  • The Board nominates Stefan Vazeery to join the Board for a 3-year appointment. Stefan has been a member at COPOCO since 2015 and brings extensive experience in finance and business intelligence.

Swim for Sundaes Celebration | 6:30-7:30

This year's Swim for Sundaes Celebration will be held immediately following the COPOCO Annual Meeting. Kids who have tracked the laps they swim throughout the season earn a spot at our end-of-summer make-your-own sundae party. Learn more and RSVP.

Volunteers

We still need a few volunteers for this event, including Grillmasters and Clean Up Crew. If you haven't completed your volunteer hours yet this season, the annual meeting is a great way to fulfill your hours!
